About VisaCalc

● Last updated August 5, 2026|VisaCalc Editorial Team

VisaCalc is a free immigration tools platform built to help people around the world understand their eligibility for skilled migration to Canada, the UK, Australia, the USA, Germany, Ireland, the UAE, Singapore, and study-abroad destinations across 13 countries.

Who publishes VisaCalc

VisaCalc is built and maintained by Arpit Chauhan, an independent publisher. Every calculator and guide is researched, written, and technically implemented directly by the site's maintainer, with figures checked against official government sources before publishing — rather than produced by a large in-house editorial staff. We use "VisaCalc Editorial Team" as the byline across the site to reflect this editorial process and standard, not a claim of a large newsroom.

Our Mission

Immigration is one of the most important decisions a person can make. We believe that basic eligibility information should be free, fast and accurate — not locked behind consultancy fees or confusing government websites.

Every calculator on VisaCalc is completely free. No registration required. No hidden fees. No paywall.

Our Calculators

All our calculators are built from official government sources — IRCC (Canada), UK Home Office, Australian Department of Home Affairs, USCIS (USA), Make it in Germany, Ireland's DETE, UAE's ICP, and Singapore's MOM. We update them whenever immigration rules change.

Important Disclaimer

VisaCalc provides estimates and general guidance only. Our tools are not a substitute for professional immigration advice. For important decisions, always consult a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC in Canada, OISC-registered in the UK, MARA-registered in Australia).

VisaCalc is not affiliated with any government body.

Editorial Policy & Corrections

Immigration rules — particularly salary thresholds, points requirements and processing routes — are reviewed and changed by governments periodically. Before publishing or updating any calculator or guide covering these figures, we verify them against the current official source rather than assuming a previous figure still holds. We mark a "Last updated" date on every calculator and link directly to the relevant official source so you can confirm the current figure yourself.

If you spot information on VisaCalc that appears outdated or incorrect, please contact us with the page URL and what you found — we review and correct reported errors as quickly as possible. We do not knowingly publish outdated figures; any stale data you encounter is an error we want to fix, not a deliberate choice.

No pay-for-placement: calculator methodology is never influenced by advertisers. Ads are clearly separated from calculator content and never presented as editorial recommendations.
